London
Cambridge
Edinburgh + Loch Ness
Bowness-on-Windermere (Lake District)
Oxford
Windsor
Leeds castle
Southampton
Portsmouth
Bath
York
Brighton
Hastings

Dear Jason

I am writing to confirm your placement on the Cambridge Elective Scheme commencing on 12th May through to 20th June 2008

Upon your arrival, please go the Hospital Main Reception where a welcome pack has been prepared for you. This pack will contain comprehensive information on accommodation, safety, and information on who to report to, as well as other useful information.

I look forward to welcoming you on behalf of University of Cambridge Medical School and hope your time with us is a pleasant one.

Regrettably, owing to an administrative oversight your original cheque has expired, we will need to ask you for a replacement cheque to cover your £150 administration fee. We will return your original cheque to you on your arrival.

Kind regards

Tricia
