曾經去過好多國家，我最不喜歡的就是英國。
英國人那種假禮貌特別令人討厭（我最後兩個星期才發現這點）。
景點可以說是一點也不特別。
醫生也是不怎麼教書的。
英國人的做事方式不敢苟同。
話雖如此，還是得到些經驗。
第一次自己book Bed & Breadfast和酒店。
第一次自己由頭到尾plan行程。
第一次自己一個背著背囊去別處遊覽（雖然三年前在北京都有類似經驗，但路程短很多）。
第一次在ward的case notes上寫字（在香港只是試過在outpatient clinics 的case notes上寫字）。

Henoch-Schonlein purpura (in 3 different middle-aged adults, 1 of them needs plasma exchange)
